Boutique Cleveland-based litigation law firm formed by ex-BigLaw partners is actively seeking senior associates, partners or other small firms with complementary practices and a stable, demonstrable revenue history to join the firm in either a lateral partner or of counsel role expand the service offerings of the firm. Formed four years ago, the firm has since tripled in size due to the growth in our core practice areas of securities litigation and enforcement defense, commercial litigation and real estate litigation and transactional work. While we are based in Cleveland, we are regularly retained for matters across the country for clients ranging from Fortune 500 companies to privately held corporations to individuals, and are open to speaking with candidates and similar firms in other markets.
We are particularly interested in hearing from ambitious, entrepreneurial and experienced attorneys with substantial portable client relationships (whether or not currently on your “sheet”) in sophisticated practice areas including but not limited to:
- Corporate (M&A, private equity, venture capital);
- Securities transactions;
- Commercial lending;
- Labor (defense-side only);
- White-Collar Defense;
- Real Estate;
- Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation
