Full Job Description
The Phone Support Team Manager will be responsible for the staffing and managing of the Customer and Provider Support Phone Teams. Our support team is a traditional customer contact team - handling communication across email, phones and internal tickets. You will be in charge of the success of the phone portion of the team. You will report to the Sr. Manager of Operations and work closely the additional Support Team Manager to perfect the customer and provider support experiences at LawnStarter. You will be responsible for overseeing ~ 30 - 40 FTE, which will be managed through a set of Assistant Managers below yourself.
Your General duties will include:
Staffing, scheduling, and managing the phone support teams
Ensuring a high quality of support through the management of various metrics
Keeping up to date policies and processes for the team to reference
Communicating customer/provider desires and issues effectively with other company leaders
5+ years in a customer support related field
2+ years in a customer support related leadership role
1-2+ years managing a supervisor equivalent
Hiring experience is a must
BA/BS Required or equivalent practical experience
Past management of a remote team is a plus
Multichannel support team management is a plus
Experience in a small/dynamic company (e.g. startup) a plus
