We are looking for a bright go-getter with fresh ideas and a passion for social media marketing and graphic design. The intern chosen for this position will be responsible for the creation, management and execution of all social media marketing initiatives, including content, graphics, editorial calendars, monitoring and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of graphic design principles and excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities:
Create high quality print/digital graphic elements for educational, trade show and promotional materials (i.e., brochures, presentations, social media graphics, and direct mail)
Maintain the visual quality, consistency, and tone of all print and web material
Illustrate design concepts by developing mock-ups, storyboards, or wireframes
Generate, edit, publish and share daily posts (e.g., articles, graphics or videos) across various social media channels
Effectively use social media channels to engage and build a relationship with media, BrainCheck’s existing community of followers, influencers and potential customers
Support all planning and execution of social media campaigns and ongoing editorial calendar schedules for Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn
Communicate and brainstorm with marketing and research teams to develop posts in support of our editorial content, upcoming campaigns and marketing initiatives
Keep the team abreast of emerging social media trends and technology
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information

Experience:
Proficient usage of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and YouTube
Demonstrated understanding of graphic design principles
Proficient in Adobe InDesign
Experience using social media management tools, such as Hootsuite, for social media listening, social media publishing or social media measurement preferred
Knowledgeable in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop

Requirements:
Positive attitude, detail oriented with good multitasking and organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills (ability to understand and communicate complex ideas)
A sophomore, junior or senior in college or a graduate student

Full Stack Engineer

Position overview:
We are looking for an experienced full stack engineer to increase team velocity and bring their own edge into our technical vision.

About you:
To complete all of the deliverables the right developer will have some, if not all, of the following:

UX/UI Designer (Digital Health)

Position overview:
We’re looking for an experienced designer who wants to be a key member of a health tech startup impacting millions of lives. The UX/UI designer will be responsible for bringing the product to life through a deep understanding of our customers and their needs.

Key responsibilities:
Translate product feature requests into user-flow wireframes outlining the happy-path and identifying edge cases.
Create high fidelity mockups based on wireframes.
Write stories for development to implement feature requirements in alignment with wireframes and mockups.
Conduct user research and testing to understand how people (will) use the product and identify points of friction.
Work collaboratively with business and research teams to understand product needs, as well as with the development team to ensure delivery.

The Healthcare Product Manager will be responsible for ensuring a robust product pipeline to support our clinical customers (and their patients).

Key responsibilities:
Gather product requirements from stakeholders within the business (and customers) and elaborate feature requests – understanding the ‘why’ behind the ‘what’ people are asking for.
Translate feature requirements into user-flow wireframes for design/development – outlining happy-path and identifying potential points of friction.
Manage a variety of projects across the company ensuring everyone is aligned and identifying potential risk points or blockers.

Sales Executive (Physician Market)

We’re looking for a Sales Executive to help us grow our customer base among Physicians (primary care and neurology) and Medical Groups.

The Sales Executive will be focused on building and managing a pipeline of opportunities in order to hit monthly and quarterly targets for new customer acquisition.You must be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and committed to taking personal ownership of your goals and your plan to achieve them.

Essential job functions:
New customer acquisition – build and manage a sales funnel, qualify leads, identify decision makers, close deals with doctors, medical groups and health systems for the use of the BrainCheck platform
Presentation of the BrainCheck platform via phone, online demos, at trade shows and occasionally in person
Management and development of a large pipeline of opportunities in Salesforce to hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Travel: ~20-30% (2-3 short trips/month)

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 3-5 years experience selling to small or medium sized organizations (<200 employees), preferably in healthcare, with demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding quota
Experience working through a consultative sales process
Experience using a CRM, preferably Salesforce
Ability to learn quickly and speak with credibility about healthcare and technology

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Sales Executive to help us sell BrainCheck to healthcare organization with both fee-for-service and value-based care models. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating hospital systems, medical groups, ACOs, IDNs, and payers, building relationships and achieving buy-in among multiple decision-makers, developing and negotiating agreements, and closing deals.

Essential job functions:
Analyze customer requirements, develop solutions to complex problems, and communicate a clear vision to customers and prospects
Build and maintain senior-level customer relationships through consultative selling and promoting customer confidence in BrainCheck
Analyze and prepare accurate business forecasts
Negotiate multi-year software and services contracts

Manage the sales process including:
Build funnel – effective hunter, who can work with our marketing team to run creative lead campaigns
Qualify leads – are our solutions a good fit, and is there budget?
Identify decision makers – understands and builds value around pressing business issues
Develop multi-threaded relationships– maps solutions and services to business problems
Close – negotiate contractual and financial terms
Ensure ongoing customer satisfaction during presales and post sales engagements
Communicate effectively and coordinate cross functional teams to ensure customer success

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
6+ years experience selling in the enterprise healthcare market (health systems, ACOs, IDNs and payers)
Proven track record of success managing the sales process and developing strategic roadmaps which align customer needs, issues and opportunities with industry best practices and solution offerings
Experience selling both value-based and fee-for-service value propositions in healthcare
Account and Project management skills; Client and Business plan management proficiency, experience using Salesforce strongly preferred.
