What you’ll be doing...

In this role as a Consultant, you’ll be part of the Wireless Supply Chain – Reverse Monetization team to deliver incremental revenue in traditional and non-traditional channels (Secondary Marketplaces, Alternative Online Marketplaces like eBay/Amazon, and VZW.com, etc.). This is a strategic role that not only identifies opportunities for optimizing and automating the accessory monetization business but also build relationships with the external 3PL service providers and Global Strategic Partnerships within the secondary market. This role requires “proficiency” in MS Suite products, product value, global market conditions, supplier’s capabilities, SAP, and sales practices needed to perform revenue generating activities. This employee will be the single point of contact and business owner for accessories monetization channels as well as sales through strategic partnership with direct to consumer market-places. This Consultant will work with a variety of business partners by leading business development necessary to liquidate accessory inventory while managing in-depth research to determine the appropriate marketplaces, condition, and value added services to offer a global customer base. They should have a good understanding of the current process and provide solutions to enhance and optimize operations. All of their efforts should drive towards: time and spend reductions for the operations at Centralized Returns and Testing Center (CRTC), Forward Direct Channels (FDC) and Finished Goods Warehouse (FGO) while driving towards aggressive revenue goals.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Define strategy and lead creation of requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria for deployment of reverse monetization programs. This includes managing solutions across multiple software platforms with several vendors.
Act as Subject Matter Expert and partner with customer care, retail, supply chain, inventory, billing, engineering and network teams to develop creative solutions to meet the challenges in the dynamic wireless technology realm.
Conduct Beta testing and Proof of Concept programs in collaboration with internal and external vendors for solutions that will continuously improve automation and streamline business decision making.
Research emerging issues that are customer impacting or business impacting within reverse monetization team.
Partner with Supply Chain Analytics team to leverage best practices in data science and take data driven decisions to achieve increased profitability and improved customer experience.
Develop clear and concise reporting of operational successes and potential shortcomings with plan to address the gaps.
Track program profitability by monitoring seasonality, exposure areas and forecast accuracy.
Generate key KPIs and share program updates with senior leadership on a weekly/monthly basis.
Apply strong organizational, planning and problem solving skills to Supply Chain business solutions.
As the business owner, manage the program once deployed and build a roadmap of features to promptly adapt to changes in business processes and procedures.
Ability to manage multiple business initiatives with different priorities and timelines.
What we’re looking for...

You'll need to have:
Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
Four or more years of relevant work experience.
Experience working with and managing external vendors.

Even better if you have:
A degree.
Four or more years of wireless industry experience with strong experience in operations, sales, and support channels.
Three or more years of experience of Supply Chain Management, specifically with Reverse Logistics.
Highly developed critical thinking and analytical skills.
Proven ability to independently organize and prioritize multiple complex assignments and projects, and successfully driving them to completion within the required timeframe.
Strong experience with Excel and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to work through complex and/or ambiguous assignments.
Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and data analytical skills.
Proficient working with large amounts of data to synthesize a picture.
Vendor management.
Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to interact professionally and effectively with all levels of management including senior leaders.
Strong relationship management including peers, executives, internal/external customers, third-party vendors, and various stakeholders.
Ability to produce accurate and timely information in a highly dynamic work environment with a strong Customer Focus mindset.
