General Summary:
eXp Realty is seeking a self-motivated and high-judgment marketing professional to join its marketing and communications team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing programs designed to support the organization, with an emphasis on the ongoing growth of our agent base across North America.

The ideal candidate will be part of and collaborate with a variety of teams and executives on integrated campaigns that engage key audiences within the real estate industry and prospective agents. They will have a strong project management skill set and exceptional writing skills. A background/understanding of residential real estate is highly desirable.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:
Serve as a strategic marketing/communication partner working with executives and teams by writing, editing, coordinating, planning, providing counsel to C-level executives and executing external and internal communication.
Collaborate closely with internal staff, including industry outreach, marketing and social/content to tell the eXp Realty story to internal and external audiences.
Drive strategy, create content and determine tactical implementation for external and internal communications to staff and agent/broker audiences.
Ability to script short-form video content for internal/external use.

Bachelor's degree in public relations, journalism, communications, marketing or a related field required.

3+ years of experience in corporate/B2B marketing and/or /PR Successfully manage complex, fast-moving, and unexpected communications challenges.
Creative, flexible, gritty and resourceful team player.
Exceptional writing and communication abilities as well as project management expertise, copy editing experience a plus.
Experience in creating and managing corporate positioning and messaging.
Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement communications strategies, plans, and solutions.
Experience running B2B/industry/corporate strategy and outreach.
Experience/understanding of residential real estate from an agent perspective.
