About RC Wireless Communications: RC Wireless communications is a wireless services vendor, providing services for companies like Verizon Wireless, AT&T Mobility, Sprint Wireless, and TMobile Wireless.

The company primarily provides installation and integration services (EF&I, C&I) for wireless locations (Macro sites, DAS, Small Cells)

Job Responsibilities: Install, commission, and integration Ericsson equipment for TMobile locations. This is a long term project for T-Mobile and has the opportunity for technicians to earn $300-$500 per day on the job. Training is free, and some resources are available for new contractors to get started in the industry. This is 1099 work in the Carolinas and nationally.

Qualifications: Ericsson certified technicians highly sought after with bonuses, while applications brand new to the industry are also welcome and needed. Entry level are accepted.

Nokia and Samsung trained integrators are very well qualified as well, and we have multiple projects for all three technologies.

Ideal Integrators will have prior experience installing base band units such as DUL/DUS/DUW/XMU.

Conduct basic call testing and E911 call testing

Basic drive testing or walk testing to identify sectors and swaps as needed.

Install and configure Cell Site Routers (Cisco, ALU, Nokia routers)

Troubleshoot any field issues encounter during integration

Mileage is paid, but travel is at the expense of the contractor.

Must Have reliable personal computer and personal cell phone.

MUST have Reliable Vehicle.

Will understand and apply constant vigilance to established Company and customer safety and quality standards and practices.

MUST have the ability to implement quality control processes.

MUST understand and apply constant vigilance to following Company's installation methods and/or NTP's.

MUST never put customer service at risk by deviating from these documents.

MUST inventory of all job-related material.

MUST demonstrate proper use of tools.

MUST perform all physical and mechanical installation activities.

MUST perform power and grounding installation on equipment and small power plants, per the installation methods.

'Evening' or 'night' shift (Maintenance Window) work required.

Conducts work assignments, communicates, dresses and assists customer in a professional manner.

Reads and stays current on installation documentation.

Reads and interprets engineering specs, prints, and drawings.

Demonstrate a high competence in the use of personal computers and various software applications (email, excel, etc).

Maintain job records and administration tracking of assigned sites.

Ensures shipment accuracy of job-related material

Completes equipment and trash removal from site

Manage closing requirements for assigned sites.
