About The Role:

If so, our sales team work with Intermedia Channel Partners to resell Intermedia’s entire suite of cloud services through our full-service partner programs, leveraging the Intermedia brand, or their own brand! We are looking for top sales producers, who are ready to work for the best in the business.

We are looking for a proven Solution Sales CCaaS Specialist to join our dynamic sales team to take the CCaaS team to the next level. This person will play a key role as he/she leads this highly visible and motivated team that generates revenues and achieves individual, team and organizational quotas.
You will work independently to promote, identify and act upon opportunities for the sale of Intermedia Contact Center services and solutions from partner driven opportunities to achieve sales targets within a region. You will maintain our core values and high service standards and continue to build on our reputation.
What you will be doing:
Proactively develop quarterly account plans for assigned regions and accounts that meet and exceed desired sales targets, revenue KPIs, accurate forecasting, and pipeline management.
Establish and maintain productive, professional, and friendly relationships with key individuals at both individual contributor and senior management up to executive levels with assigned partner account base.
Create new opportunities within partner base and drive sales from opportunity identification to close, with collaboration with Channel Managers & Business Development Rep teams.
Provide ongoing Partner Support establish and maintain strong relationships with regional partner representatives and Train partner sellers how to identify and close cloud contact center business
Evaluate partner performance in the region and provide assistance to partners that are under-performing or develop a recruiting plan to address any issues
Work with Implementation teams to get deals closed through implementation & training stage successfully
Maintains new MRR sales volume and selling price by keeping current with market demands, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
Participate in industry networking and tradeshow events.
Help partners achieve their desired level of building a contact center practice
Contact Center sales enablement among the channel sellers
What you will bring to the role:
5+ years in total experience selling voice and contact center
Previous experience selling CSP products a bonus (UCaaS, SIP, MPLS, SD-WAN, Contact Center)
Previous experience in partner enablement and partner sales training a must
Effective presenter (web and in-person)
Effective RFP response writer
Experience in selling for a Contact Center OEM preferred for this position
Experience in selling for an Interconnect, System Integrator, or Voice Products for an MSP a bonus
Experience in selling outsourced contact center services a bonus
Effective closer/co-seller via the channel
Solid understanding of Contact Center management principals and Technology a must
Able to solution sell to Line of Business/Dept heads and navigate political influencers and champion build
Have a network of contacts in the channel
