Foot Locker, Inc., the world's leading retailer of athletically inspired shoes and apparel, is seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. As the HR Generalist, you will provide support to the Corporate HR team working across multiple functional areas and leaders. You will support in all facets of HR, this includes Employee Relations, Engagement, Talent Acquisition and Total Rewards. As the HR Generalist, you will have a hand in everything from coordinating exciting events to providing critical data insights.
Provide data and insights for Corporate functions relating to Performance Management Cycle, Mid-year Check-Ins, Executive Development Reviews, FMLA and Diversity and Inclusion
Manage onboarding process for new employees including requesting access, new hire paperwork, I-9 compliance, workstations set up, etc.
Oversee employee relations concerns with a high level of integrity and tact
Work within multiple HR systems including PeopleSoft, Success Factors, LinkedIn Learning, time-off database and Kronos to run reporting, gather data and provide information across the Corporate HR teams
Coordinate development programs to ensure Leaders are registered and leveraging the tools and resources available
Assist HR Business Partners with people processes throughout the year (Executive Development Reviews, Performance Management, Annual Enrollment, etc.)
Support the Corporate HR team, working across a highly matrixed environment
Coordinate employee events
Assist with managing and facilitating Internship Program
Administer tuition reimbursement process
Administer recognition programs (including Quality Service Awards)
Special projects and ad-hoc reporting as needed
Minimum three years relevant HR experience
