Job Description
The Software Developer will be responsible for assisting in the development of a proprietary software for the use in a single-family real estate acquisitions system. This position will play a key role in defining and implementing our next generation software, which is key to our success.

Develop new software packages and modules in a single-family real estate acquisitions system

Develop new features including user interface enhancements, integration between applications and databases

Utilize a variety of software methods to perform changes to the data

Gather end user functional and nonfunctional requirements to develop software scope

Contribute to team effort with related tasks as needed
Qualifications:

Knowledge of web languages: PHP and/or ASP.NET, HTML, Javascript, CSS

Experience with MySQL, SQL Server

Experience with Excel, Google Maps API, JQuery, Jaspersoft, Yardi

Understanding of at least 2 design patterns
Minimum Requirements:

Degree in Computer Science or related field

2 years’ experience with developing and designing Software

Self-motivated to get the job done and make recommendations to improve the code and process

A good listener who takes detailed notes

Strong communication skills and willingness to work in a team environment

Salary Range
Placement within this compensation range will be determined by the candidate's knowledge, experience and skills.
$74,930.00 - $124,890.00
