We are currently looking for a Front Desk Client Experience Coordinator to join our amazing Salon Team/Family!
This position is responsible for providing a great first and last impression in customer care, offering salon clients additional service opportunities, as well as assisting clients in understanding our products and specials, while following all company policies and procedures.

Salon front desk experience is not required but a big plus.
Must be available Tuesday - Sunday (Mornings, Mid and Evenings).
Job Duties include but are not limited to;
Service and retail sales.
Coordinate stylist schedules.
Schedule, reschedule and confirm appointments.
Greet clients, provide beverages and service robes.
Check clients in and out.
Manage POS software system.
Manage email, text and multi-line phone.
Manage retail and merchandising.
Provide unparalleled customer service.
