Use your administrative and organizational skills to provide administrative support to the Honeywell SPS President and Chief Executive Officer. You will work closely with the SPS Leadership Team and interact with internal employees and external customers. Contribute to a team of highly committed professionals whose organizational and communication skills ensure smooth travel planning, calendar coordination, complex meeting planning and other administrative business processes. Provide high-level administrative support by handling information requests and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information.
Highly effective at performing administrative duties, taking meeting actions, maintaining files and organizing documents.
Organize and arrange complex travel (domestic and international), itineraries, logistics and all related correspondence as required.
Plan/organize and implement events such as meetings, business luncheons or client dinners.
Manage executive schedule and act as a liaison for executive team.
Prepare reports, presentations and data, as well as maintain files, records and correspondence for meetings.
Handle confidential information with tact and discretion; organize and maintain files.
Prepare information and research per executive needs.
Closely involved in the planning and coordination of off-site company events, meetings, and employee team building activities or special projects.
Oversee the SPS Administrative Leadership Team in driving standard processes, office guidelines, coverage calendar.
Act as lead executive administrator to the SPS EA team: arranging monthly EA staff meetings, mentor other executive administrators, provide guidance and leadership
Liaise and partner with Chief of Staffcoordinate efforts so that the President and CEO is adequately prepared for all customer meetings and internal corporate level meetings.
YOU MUST HAVE
10+ years of administrative experience; 5+ years of experience supporting senior-level leaders.
High School Diploma
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars and coordinating travel is a must.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently with little supervision.
Self-motivated and do things before being asked by others or forced to by events.
Ability to focus on important information and identify key details.
Professional and courteous communication.
