The Information Technology Department has an opening for a Senior PeopleSoft Systems Administrator within the Human Capital Management - IT team. This position is located in Phoenix, Arizona.

Position Purpose

We are seeking a motivated and experienced PeopleSoft Systems Administrator to support the PeopleSoft 9.2 HCM application. A major responsibility of the position will be to perform PeopleTools Upgrades, PUM implementations, administer the STAT application for PeopleSoft migration and version control needs, in addition to other System Administration functions.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Maintain and upgrade PeopleTools software components that are used to support the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application.
Apply PUM image application changes with the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application.
Configure and maintain ElasticSearch, PeopleSoft Test Framework, STAT and other third-party applications.
Installation and configuration all PeopleSoft application tiers, including web server (WebLogic), application server (Tuxedo), process scheduler server and load balancer.
Supporting the Development Team with the migration of development objects and code through the Standard Development Life Cycle environments.
Providing support with non-production environment refreshes use the production environment as the source.
Implementing and supporting real-time web services using Integration Broker between PeopleSoft and third-party applications.
Perform Security Administration functions within the PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 application.
Providing support with SQL scripting and SQL performance tuning.
Develop, implement, and enforce migration, versioning, and change control procedures and standards.
Work closely and effectively with other team members including infrastructure, development, project management, database and internal business clients.
Coordinate work between onshore and offshore PeopleSoft System Administration team members.
Participate with pro-active performance monitoring and capacity planning activities.
Troubleshoot reported environment related issues with production and non-production environments.
Work directly with management team members to formulate roadmap of application and technology changes.
Identifying opportunities for improving support and deployment processes.

4-year degree (Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or relational functional field) and/or equivalent combination of education or work experience.
Must have 7+ years of experience as a PeopleSoft Systems Administrator with PeopleSoft HCM, including the following modules: Core Human Resources, Payroll for North America, Benefits Administration, Absence Management, Performance Management, Talent Acquisition Module and Candidate Gateway, Time and Labor and Self-Service Applications.
Must have 4+ years of experience implementing and supporting PeopleTools 8.53+
Must have experience deploying changes with Change Assistant and PeopleSoft Update Manager.
Must have experience with the installation and configuration of Elasticsearch functions within a PeopleSoft application.
Must have experience with supporting a PeopleSoft application with an Oracle 12c database or higher release.
Must have experience with supporting a PeopleSoft application that utilize UNIX/Linux and Windows servers.
Must have experience with leading and executing PeopleSoft application and PeopleTools upgrade projects.
Experience with automating the non-production refresh process or automating other support processes is highly preferred.
Experience with supporting other third-party software solutions is preferred, including STAT, SharePoint, Robotic Process Automation, IBM Watson Cognitive Services/Chatbot or Salesforce services.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment with a strong focus on customer service and solution ownership.
Technical experience with time collection and/or employee scheduling software solutions, such as Work Brain, Time Link, Empower, Kronos Workforce Management applications are highly desired.
Ability to follow written standards and procedures as well as work independently.
Strong ability to solve complex problems, including analyzing symptoms and causes, identifying and defining the problem to be solved, collecting data, establishing the facts, drawing valid conclusions and developing solutions.
Strong collaboration skills while working with SME's, senior leaders, IT PMO and business users/ stakeholders to drive business analysis/user requirements.
Ability to collaborate across various groups, build relationships and manage effectively in a matrix organization.
Strong customer service skills and ability to follow through to resolve customer issues.
Ability to understand client expectations and recognize and resolve issues that may affect delivery.
