Overview
We are seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to join our warm team who would be interested in working on commissions as a lead service technician preferably with a sales background. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience in HVAC systems. This position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and grow within the company.
Duties
- Diagnose, sales, maintain, and repair heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Inspect and troubleshoot HVAC systems to identify issues and perform necessary repairs
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and diagrams to determine the layout of HVAC systems
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning and replacing filters
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards
Skills
- Experience with air conditioning, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read and interpret design specifications
- Strong understanding of schematics related to HVAC systems
- Knowledge of property maintenance practices
- Previous experience as an HVAC service technician is a plus
- Experience in sales is a plus
- Working on high percentage commissions
