Overview:
Cardinal Exteriors & Home Services located in Medina, MN is a local, family owned business looking to hire a full-time, Lead Remodeler. As a Lead Remodeler, you will be responsible for working on a variety of projects including: siding, soffits, fascia, decks, windows, doors, and more!
Responsibilities:
- Perform or assist in demolition work
- Preparing residential properties for various projects
- Perform or assist with the installation of items such as siding, windows, doors drywall etc.
- Operate all necessary tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Provide customer service throughout the entire project
- Work efficiently and accurately to complete projects on time

Requirements:
- Ability to pass a drug screen, work simulation, motor vehicles record search, and criminal background check
- Valid driver’s license

- Physical conditions may require lifting objects up to 100lbs
