Bachelor's degree in economics, statistics, finance, business administration, field that uses quantitative analysis, or equivalent practical experience.
6 years of work experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations or business planning function.
Experience in project/program management, setting up/executing projects/operational processes.
Experience with datasets, synthesizing insights/recommending actions from data.
10 years of related work experience, including experience at a management consulting firm or large support organization.
Knowledge of enterprise business and cloud technologies, products and market landscape.

As the Strategy and Operations Lead, you'll help drive strategy and execution for Google Cloud Support, delivering thought leadership, operational rigor, and executive-level narratives to help advance Cloud Support mission. We work directly with Support leaders on priority topics across all product areas and help the global organization identify, plan for, and execute against their highest priorities.
In this role, you'll take on challenging, often ambiguous problems, applying sound business judgment and effectively communicating complex issues to audiences, including leadership and executives. You'll immerse yourself in data collection, draw insights from analysis, and then zoom out to develop compelling, synthesized recommendations.
As a Strategy and Operations Lead, you'll comfortably operate under uncertainty, structuring complicated issues and finding creative solutions to business challenges. You will demonstrate your consulting skillset and will contribute a strategy and analytical toolkit, as well as experience running operations to improve a business. You'll take initiative and comfortably work in a rapidly changing industry, demonstrating problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

Drive prioritization of initiatives that enhance Google Cloud Support.
Identify opportunities for the organization to increase effectiveness in a highly matrixed organization.
