What you’ll do (and why you’ll love doing it!)
As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for managing and enhancing our Salesforce environment. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business performance in a unique industry.
In this role, you won’t just be another administrator. This role isn’t just about keeping things running smoothly—it’s about proactively identifying opportunities for improvement, guiding adoption of best practices, and leading the charge to maximize our Salesforce capabilities.
- Innovate and Implement: Collaborate cross-functionally to architect and deploy new processes within Salesforce, utilizing both low/no code functionality and advanced tools like APEX triggers and API integrations.
Drive User Success: Work with Jr. Admins to provide top-notch end-user support, lead training sessions, and champion user adoption.
Lead with Precision: Manage users, profiles, and permissions, while overseeing environment and release management using scratch orgs, sandboxes, and GitLab Pipelines.
Drive Integrity: Engage in code reviews, manage merge conflicts, and work closely with the dev team to ensure the quality and integrity of our Salesforce environment.

Skills you may have to make you a success!

Bachelor’s degree and minimum 4 years of experience in Salesforce administration or equivalent education and work experience

Strong developer/computer science background

DevOps/release management experience; Gitlab Pipelines preferred

Admin and Advanced Admin Certs required
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to translate technical concepts to internal stakeholders

Creative and analytical thinking with a strong sense of ownership
