Job Purpose: Responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
Develop, implement and/or maintain the Health, Safety and Environmental management system to meet the requirements of OSHA, SEMS and Coil Tubing Partners customer requirements.
Develop and foster the safety-first culture and climate of Coil Tubing Partners
Assist with the implementation of the HSE program
Assist with the development and implementation of HSE training matrix
Assist with the development and implementation of HSE program to ensure compliance with the standards established by Coil Tubing Partners, including documentation and reporting requirements.
Develop and implement internal audit and inspection planning
Monitor and manage the HSE support staff in facilitating employee support
Properly investigate and document all incidents; analyze and make recommendations for corrective action
Perform Root Cause Analysis investigations associated with all incidents and/or infractions and make recommendations for corrective and preventative actions
Ensure regular emergency response drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in an emergency, record such activities and provide recommendations for improvement
Develop and implement systems and process to identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and recommend best work place practices to mitigate hazards
Develop and implement systems and processes to actively reduce incidents and support the growth of Coil Tubing Partners.
Work the senior and district level management to coordinate HSE support at the operations level
Coordinate and facilitate HSE meetings
Maintain records of inspections, findings and produce reports that identify areas for improvement
Perform regular site inspections to ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented
Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations on how risk can be reduced
Keep up to date with regulatory requirements and maintain a working knowledge of the HSE environment
Develop and manage the training requirements for field personnel
Develop and implement training for managers and employees about health and safety issues and the associated risk
Liaise with clients and employees to facilitate Coil Tubing Partners Safety Program
Perform any and all duties as requested by Management
Minimum 5 + years’ experience in an advanced HSE capacity, preferably with transportation, and oil and gas industry experience. A Bachelor’s Degree in a HSE field is highly preferred; however, experience maybe considered in lieu of a formal degree. This individual must be willing to travel up to 35%.

Knowledge of health, safety, environmental and compliance
Knowledgeable in current and possible future policies, practices and trends affecting the HSE environment
Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, OSHA and SEMS regulations
Ability to create, implement and coordinate comprehensive programs
Ability to lead, communicate and motivate teams and committees
Strong problem solving skills based upon knowledge, experience and judgment
Strong team player, yet can function at a high level on individual assignments and responsibilities
Team oriented professional that has an outgoing personality
Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to different scenarios and deal with multiple types of personalities / working environments
Working knowledge of contractor sites such as PEC Premier and ISNetworld
Good organizational and computer skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
