Our Field Service Technicians are electro-mechanically knowledgeable technical support representatives who provide customer assistance in the form of installations, equipment breakdowns and preventative maintenance. They are front-line, customer-facing team members who always keep safety and service excellence top of mind. Technicians travel across the US and to our global client sites to assemble and prepare equipment.
This position will travel approximately 65% of the time. Candidates will need to be based near an airport, ideally in the Eastern region of the United States. Time not spent traveling can be based remote from home.
What You’ll Do:

Travel to customer facilities to complete service assignments such as equipment installations and commissioning, customer training, and preventative maintenance service tasks.

Assist and support customers with troubleshooting and promote a strong information exchange dialog via email, phone, or in-person visits

Complete customer service trip reports and related documentation. Plan and coordinate schedule and travel arrangements.

What You’ll Need:

Two years of work experience in a related role (mechanics, welders, electricians, etc)

Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings

High School diploma or related experience

Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including evening and weekend shifts

Passion for technology with the desire to learn and advance in a technical environment

An analytical mind with the ability to investigate, understand, and explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical individuals
