We are an early-stage Blackstone-backed spinoff of Vivint Smart Home that has developed a new mesh wireless technology that enables us to quickly enter new markets and offer internet speeds up to 1Gbps with fiber grade capacity across large suburban areas. What excites you about this role:
Effectively manage a team of residential internet installers
Monitor and manage direct reports inventory, hours, schedule, routes and performance
Participate in leadership meetings
Perform quality, safety and customer service inspections
Hold regular one on one meetings with direct reports
Interview and hire new candidates
Evaluate reports and data to maximize quality and efficiency in the field
Assist field technicians on installs and service calls
Create and present technical trainings
Plan and conduct weekly meetings with direct reports
Ensure professionals work safely and responsibly to avoid injuries, damage to property, and loss of materials and equipment

Technical Requirements

Experience in wired and wireless network is preferred
Experience and/or understanding of general RF theory
Experience in network field service preferred
Project management experience is preferred
Experience in interacting with customers is required
Knowledge of and ability to operate hand and power tools
Trained on IP technology for in-home configuring
Work requires operating a company vehicle. Must have a valid driver’s license with clean driving record
General understanding of OSHA policies relating to construction and telecommunications safety required
