About the Role:
As a Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator at ACST, you’ll work as part of our Client Learning Experience team and be focused on providing a world-class online learning solution for our customers enabling them to gain ongoing proficiency of our SaaS-based Church Management Solutions and related educational needs driving successful ministries.

Your primary responsibilities will include evaluating ACST client learning needs/requirements, LMS implementation, configuration, ongoing operational performance and continuous improvement of the solution. You’ll also contribute to our overall eLearning strategy, monitor emerging LMS trends and technology, and assist with positioning, pricing and more.

You’re highly motivated, and passionate about eLearning technology. You’re also technically savvy, organized, professional, and customer service driven.

What You’ll Do:
Collaborate with department Director and other leaders to develop, manage and continually refine an LMS strategy.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on the LMS and cultivate and maintain a good relationship with LMS vendor.
Implement and manage ongoing operations of the LMS, including system configuration, user and administrator account management, and reporting.
Monitor content utilization, feedback and effectiveness through system analytics
Respond to client questions and first-level support requests.
Demonstrate and train others on administrator and learner functionality.
Research, develop and maintain assessments, curriculums, learning paths, credentials, badges, and continuing education programs for Church-specific roles/responsibilities.
Stay current on latest products, system releases, processes, and industry trends.

What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Computer Science or related with 3+ years of experience with an LMS or similar technology
General knowledge of churches and church management software.
Expertise, or demonstrated ability to gain expertise, in eLearning, LMS platforms, and emerging eLearning technology/trends.
Familiarity with AICC, SCORM and xAPI protocols.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and be able to prioritize work requirements
Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated dependability, professionalism and determination to learn and grow.
Demonstrated motivation with passion for eLearning technology
Technically savvy
Ability to present a professional demeanor
Demonstrated customer focus
