SafBon Water Technology, Inc. is looking for a Business Development Manager responsible for the Middle East, North Africa territory. This position is directly responsible for the development and performance of engineered product sales activities in assigned market segment and territories. Accountable to develop plans and strategies that achieve maximum profitability and growth in line with the Company’s corporate goals and objectives. Responsible for the ongoing development and expansion of a solid customer base.
Candidates must be authorized to accept employment in the US for an indefinite term without support.

Develop technical knowledge of the Company’s products.
Provide technical assistance to client base and sales agents.
Provide timely feedback to the management regarding sales and marketing activities and intelligence within the assigned market segment.
Provide input and participate in preparation of proposals and presentations.
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines.
Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the sales representatives’ area of responsibility.
Maintain contact with all clients in the market area to maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Interact and cooperate with all company employees.
Coordinate with Business Managers to effectively serve SafBon Water Technology’s Customers.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering field of study, or equivalent experience.
1 – 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, estimation or engineering within the water/wastewater treatment industry, preferably industrial sectors such as Power, Oil & Gas, or Petrochemical Plants.
Professional, credible and comfortable in dealing with both senior company executives and/or technical staff.
Proven negotiation skills to achieve both Customer and Company needs.
Able to travel 70% both domestically and internationally without restrictions.
Expert ability in establishing, developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Office 365 proficiency.
Ability to remain in a stationary position (standing or sitting) for 80% of the time.
Frequently moves about the office and meets with staff.
Frequently operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a printer, calculator, copy machine, and computer printer.
Occasionally ascends/descends stairs but never ladders.
Occasionally positions self to maintain comfortable working environment.
This position frequently communicates with customers and employees. Must be able to exchange accurate information.
Occasionally moves packages weighing up to 40 pounds.
