Enterprise Information Security organization has a new opportunity in Enterprise Access Management for an Information Security Manager 2 on the EAM Access Facilitation and Role Based Access Control.
Primary responsibilities include:
Leads team of IAM Service Owners in supporting EAM access management services and projects, identifying new or modifying services and controls as appropriate across all EAM access management tools
Provides leadership and decision-making for a highly technical team responsible for IAM Services including access facilitation, role based access control implementation, HR event driven risk controls, access remediation, and business focused access controls
Builds relationships with the lines of business supported under the facilitation model
Is responsible for solutions and processes used to mitigate risk and ensure the security of data
Works collaboratively with other managers within the Enterprise to continually increase the efficiency of processes and quality of service for our line of business partners
Ensures staffing is adequate for shifts in work, volume fluctuations and new business
Administers budget, operating policies, and planning for the department
Maintains a broad awareness of the state of information security across the enterprise and industry and influences change to information security policy, standards and procedures for systems/applications/tools
May represent the organization to external partners, including regulators, industry groups and governmental agencies
Involved in leading projects and participating in project planning, forecasting and allocation of resources
Is responsible for performance management activities as part of the management team to ensure optimum resource utilization and also participate in hiring, training, development and retaining a high performing diverse workforce

Accomplish management responsibilities which include sourcing and hiring talented team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, recognizing and developing team members, identifying and managing risks, and completing daily management tasks
7+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: information security, IT systems security or technology experience that includes 2+ years direct experience in information security
2+ years of leadership experience in an Information Security or IT environment
2 + years of access management experience in one or more of the following: provisioning, de-provisioning, certification, authorization or authentication.
Experience managing a technology infrastructure function, application or information security function that has impact across multiple lines of business
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to effectively influence and interact with all levels of an organization
Virtual leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment
Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders
Ability to coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
Ability to identify and present processes/operational enhancements
Ability to negotiate and facilitate issue resolution
Ability to negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships
Ability to present complex material in a digestible, consumable manner to all levels of management
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Knowledge and understanding of information security industry standards and government regulations
Knowledge and understanding of information security principles, policies, and procedures
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Leadership experience including; coaching, training, and mentoring
Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
Financial services experience
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time
