Full Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop the annual marketing plan for multiple home service companies (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) under the Stan's Home Services umbrella. Marketing plan should be based on strategic goals and needs of each brand and market
- Develop a marketing communications plan including strategy, goals, budget and tactics
- Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level placements in print, broadcast and online media
- Management of marketing budget to support the marketing plan; ongoing monitoring of the marketing budget; monthly re-forecasting and adjustment as needed to meet year-end projections
- Other responsibilities include analysis of sales and ROI, financial reporting, public relations, media buying, traditional and digital media management, campaign results and general administrative duties
- Execute all digital marketing campaigns (PPC, SEO, LSA, website optimization) and oversee digital vendors
- Direct social media campaigns to engage audiences across traditional and new media
- Leverage existing industry relationships and cultivate new contacts within industry media
- Monitor, analyze and communicate campaign results on a quarterly basis
- Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships and advertising on an ongoing basis
- Manage and grow all social media accounts
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across communications
- Copy writing for website, blogs, newsletters, email and direct mail campaigns
- Execute public relations campaigns and plans for key initiatives
Qualifications and Experience: **Experience in home services field not required
- Proven track record designing and executing successful marketing campaigns
- Create innovative digital marketing strategies to reach qualified audiences and drive marketing pipeline
- Oversee day-to-day campaign management and execution in partnership with digital vendor
- Push digital innovation and shape perspectives on where we should spend digital budget
- Develop scalable ways of working while establishing best practices
- Candidate must have experience creating media plans with proper media mix for market, and creating/managing media plan budget
- Capability and drive to develop industry network
- Exceptional writing and editing skills and attention to detail
- Experience independently writing copy for website, blogs, newsletters, email and direct mail campaigns
- Experience creating and executing email and direct mail campaigns
- Oversee the graphic design of our newsletter, brochures, banners, mailers, etc.
- Proven success in managing social media
- Create and refine key messages and brand identity ensuring they are consistent and clear
- Pitch and respond to requests for media stories
- Prep staff and clients to speak with the press as needed
- Support a culture of cross organizational communication, collaboration and information sharing
- Proven success in crafting messaging and maintaining brand voice
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and thrive in fast-paced environments

Schedule:
- Generally Monday through Friday with weekend flexibility as needed
