Benzer Pharmacy's Corporate Office is looking for a strong, self-driven human resources admin to join their HR team. The ideal candidate will primarily support and help develop the expanding structure of the organization in all applicable areas of Human Resources with a focus in recruiting.
Handle the recruitment process for all of our 65+ locations
Post needed positions to multiple sources for multiple locations at a time
Assist other HR staff with basic admin duties
Set up interviews for the appropriate hiring manager
Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with other staff members and management.
Screen resumes before sending out
Send rejections emails/calls when candidates have been denied
Assist HR Manager in day to day operations as well as special projects and other duties as assigned.
1-2 years of Admin experience
Recruiting experience preferred but not required
Skill in setting priorities which accurately reflect the importance of the job responsibilities.
Strong administrative skills.
Strong organization skills
High level of confidentiality.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
The flexibility and willingness to learn.
Computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Excel and Word
The ability to work as part of a team.
Work with proficiency and keen attention to detail in a timely manner.
Must be comfortable working in a growing and rapidly moving organization.
