We are currently looking for an experienced Retoucher with exacting standards and creative ability to retouch hi resolution images that will be seen around the world. Our retouching artists work on a variety of assets for many of the world's most innovative brands. We operate 24/7 and are hiring both day and night positions with flexibility both in start time and days of the week.

Job Responsibilities
Retouch product and lifestyle images for print and cross functional use
Follows required build structure and methodologies while working with the team to develop new solutions
Performs a variety of highly skilled, creative and executional retouching assignments
Executes color direction from the leadership of the producer and production management
With limited guidance, prioritizes responsibilities efficiently; checks own work and possibly the work of others; Output must meet the highest quality standards
Create files for both RGB and CMYK workflows
Provides technical/process guidance to coworkers within own work group
Constantly work to improve your own skills as well as those of others by training across the team and sharing experiences
Foster a fun and creative work environment
Qualifications / Requirements
A high level of Artistic and technical ability
Undergraduate or Masters Degree with specific coursework in Photography and/or digital arts.
Incumbents typically have 2-4 years of experience working in Agency, Pre-press or similar creative production environment
Expert color correction experience, with the willingness to learn and adapt styles to meet workflow requirements
Well versed in Photoshop, Raw image editing, smart objects, layer comps and non destructive editing
Self Starter who enjoys teamwork and collaboration combined with the ability to consistently meet deadlines
Ability to take direction and willingness to see tasks to completion
Pro actively seek opportunities to improve knowledge and skill set both short and long term
Experience with color management theory and software is helpful
Strong attention to detail
Experience working from 3D files and compositing in Nuke is a notable plus
