Join the Guest Services Team at The Franklin Institute, one of the leading science centers and museums in the country and the most visited museum in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. We are looking for outgoing, and enthusiastic people to join our team for our upcoming exhibit, Marvel: Universe of Super Heroes.
Unscheduled Part-Time. 15-20 hours per week. Schedule will vary, weekends, some evening, and holidays will be required. TEMPORARY THROUGH SEPTEMBER 2019.
The ideal candidate will have superior customer service and communication skills. Customer service experience in an attraction venue is a plus. Ability to work in adverse weather conditions and stand for long periods of time.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Guest Service greeters are responsible for providing a great guest experience through engaging and positively interacting with guests throughout their visit. Greeters are responsible for assisting and directing groups, checking guests for appropriate admission, managing queue lines, scanning tickets for theaters and special exhibits, assisting guests with special needs and operating museum attractions.
