As an Escrow Assistant at OS National, you will help customers through the critical steps of the escrow process, guiding customers and agents through the necessary steps to successfully close on time. We believe in treating our customers like our family; going above and beyond to help them transact the most important financial decision of their lives.
As an Escrow Assistant at OS National, you will:
Educate and guide customers through the escrow process responding within hours to questions via email and phone.
Obtain payoffs, estoppel letters, taxes and any administrative items necessary to prepare for the closing statement.
Work closely with the support teams to ensure each transaction is set up for a successful closing.
Support the purchase or sale of hundreds of homes monthly working closely with customers and agents on both sides of the transaction to deliver a seamless closing experience.
Work closely with a world-class operations team to rapidly build better process, tools and metrics.
