YPTC's Boston office is going to be hosting a virtual meet & greet for accountants and controllers in New England at 12 pm on May 21st. This is going to be a great opportunity for you to meet with YPTC staff members and the market leader as well.

YPTC's Boston office services New England including Southern New Hampshire, Southern Vermont, Massachusetts, Southern Maine, and Rhode Island.
What we typically look for in a Controller candidate:
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting required
CPA certification and/or audit experience preferred
Passion for working with or supporting non-profit organizations
Minimum of 7 years accounting experience
Ability to manage multiple clients, on-site and remotely
Prior staff management experience
Strong Excel Skills
Experience with multiple GL packages, especially QuickBooks
What we typically look for in a Senior Accountant candidate:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
3+ years of related experience that can come from public accounting and/or industry
Outstanding communication skills and positive attitude
Knowledge of, or interest in learning, multiple accounting software packages
Nonprofit experience preferred but not required
