Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for various product marketing activities and deliverables supporting InterSystems database management, interoperability, and analytics software.

Responsibilities
Create accurate, clear, compelling, and differentiated customer facing content to support marketing programs, sales initiatives, press and media opportunities, and product launches
Define messaging for target buyers and influencers in both business and technical roles, with a focus on value and benefits
Create new industry solutions that present InterSystems capabilities in the context of uniquely addressing current industry challenges
Create and present effective sales enablement materials for inside and outside sales and partner channels such as sales and partner playbooks, slide presentations, objection handling guides and customer stories
Act as a presenter for external audiences in sales presentations, and in marketing and company events including seminars, webinars, press and analyst briefings, and user group meetings
Create competitive differentiation materials such as competitive battlecards, with accurate and compelling customer facing benefits
Conduct analysis and segmentation of installed base and pipeline, with emphasis on identifying repeatable solutions
Continuously collaborate with corporate marketing and field marketing teams to define and support a range of innovative demand generation initiatives to create company and product awareness, and create sales pipeline
Qualifications
Minimum of 5+ years product marketing and/or solution marketing experience
Expertise and a proven track record successfully marketing database management, interoperability, and/or analytics software. AI and machine learning experience highly desirable.
Knowledge of the current database management and analytics competitive landscape
Knowledge of relevant industry challenges in financial services, manufacturing, public sector, logistics, and/or healthcare is desirable
Experience writing compelling, high quality documents and presentations
Ability to simplify complex technical topics and crisply articulate value and benefit
Proven positioning and messaging skills
Excellent presentation skills; ability to tell engaging stories to convey key messages
Ability to think strategically with tactical execution
Demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
Proven experience working closely with inside and field sales teams
Bias for action; motivated with ability to prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field required; MBA a plus
Hands on experience developing data and analytics applications in a prior role, while not required for this role, is an advantage
