The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing the entire transaction process from contract to closing. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate transactions, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions from listing appointments to closing
- Communicate with clients, vendors, and other parties involved in the transaction to ensure a smooth process
- Prepare and review contracts for accuracy and completeness
- Prepare and distribute necessary paperwork, including listing agreements, addendums, and disclosures
- Track deadlines and ensure all necessary tasks are completed in a timely manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients by addressing any questions or concerns throughout the process
- Maintain organized files and documentation for each transaction -Support our Agents
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar role within the real estate industry
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
