Northrop Grumman Innovation Systems designs, builds and delivers space, defense and aviation-related systems to customers around the world. Our main products include launch vehicles and related propulsion systems; missile products, subsystems and defense electronics; precision weapons, armament systems and ammunition; satellites and associated space components and services; and advanced aerospace structures.
Conducts periodic self-inspections on local processes and practices to ensure DSS and customer compliance; accurately reports security posture to Group Security Director.
Interface directly with program management to address security items specific to each program/contract.
Ensure all facility personnel complete appropriate security training.
Conduct security awareness briefings and debriefings including counterintelligence, pre- and post-travel, and suspicious contact reports to site personnel.
Coordinates, submits, and confirms employee security clearances via JPAS, reviewing e-QIP and conducting initial security briefings.
Maintains, accountability for all classified material, including shipping, receiving, logging, marking, and dissemination.
Oversees badging of employees, visitors, consultants and government representatives to ensure compliance.
Oversees contract guard force operations.
Ensures campus camera and access control systems are properly maintained.
Conducts and coordinates investigations into security violations related to classified information; ensures corrective actions are implemented.
Serve as COMSEC Custodian for the campus by accounting for all COMSEC material and ensuring COMSEC requirements and procedures are implemented and followed.
