Job Responsibilities:
- Livestream Operations Support: Participate in all aspects of livestream operations, including script optimization and marketing strategy. Assist the department head in creating work plans, tracking progress, and summarizing outcomes. Communicate with hosts and team members to clarify the content and process of the livestream.
- Technical Support: Responsible for setting up the livestream environment, adjusting equipment (lighting, microphones), organizing and displaying livestream products, and ensuring the proper functioning of all livestream equipment. Assist with troubleshooting technical issues (e.g., video lag, unclear audio).
- Backend Management: Check links, titles, and prices before each livestream, and handle equipment setup and backend operations throughout the livestream. Manage backend operations, including product listings, price and inventory adjustments, creating a lively atmosphere, supporting hosts with product presentations, interacting with viewers, guiding orders, and maintaining order in the livestream room to ensure smooth communication.
- Crisis Management: Respond promptly to malicious comments, complaints, and other unforeseen issues to ensure the livestream runs smoothly.
- Data Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor data metrics in real-time and adjust the host's pacing and livestream strategy accordingly. Collaborate with the host to review the livestream performance and optimize the overall effect, ensuring the quality and success of the livestream.
Job Requirements:
- Strong market sensitivity, with a good understanding of product trends and price fluctuations in the market.
- Excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and the ability to effectively interact and communicate with brands, hosts, and viewers, while being comfortable in a multilingual environment.
- Strong problem-solving and crisis management abilities, able to quickly address issues and unexpected situations during the livestream, staying calm and handling them properly.
- Familiar with livestream platform rules and operational processes (including prohibited words, GNE policies, etc.). Proficient in OBS, TikTok Live Studio, and other related software and tools. Keen awareness of industry trends and new techniques, with sound judgment.
- Strong execution skills, proactive, able to work under pressure, and flexible with early or late shifts. Ability to complete tasks on time.
- Prior experience in e-commerce sales is preferred.
