Re-Bath is a fast-growing bathroom remodeling company. We are in need of a Carpenter Apprentice.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need to be able to work in a jobsite setting, be self-motivated with a high urgency to help others, communicate well, and be highly organized. We are looking for an individual who isn’t afraid to work really hard and to take initiative to learn and implement our processes. Remodeling or construction trades experience is preferred but not required. The right individual will play a key part in the expansion of this company and will have the opportunity to grow as the company grows.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS (Essential Functions)
· Be a responsible and friendly point of contact for customers
· Learn and become an expert on our products and installation techniques
· Think ahead and communicate with other personnel on the jobsite
· Maintain and operate company tools and vehicles in a safe manner
· Keep jobsites and materials clean, safe, and damage-free
· Learn to complete all required documentation completely and accurately
· Ensure customer satisfaction and generate positive reviews
Must Have
· Reliable transportation to get to and from the office with active insurance
· Cell phone with data plan
· Ability to pass a DOT medical exam and clean driving record (clean MVR)
· Ability to follow instructions and work within a team
· Excellent communication skills
· High attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to problem solve
· Ambition and be self-motivated
· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction
· Participate in periodic training events
· Help with warehouse work and display set-up & maintenance
· Review upcoming jobs with Lead Installers & Installation Supervisor
· Maintain compliance with Home Depot/State/County/City regulations
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
· Basic knowledge of how a jobsite runs
· 2+ years solid work history
· High School Diploma or GED
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
· 2+ years remodeling or construction trades experience
· Solid experience delivering customer service
· Basic computer knowledge and typing ability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
