Integrated Systems Solutions, Inc. is seeking talent to support NOAA's National Environmental Satellite, Data, and Information Service (NESDIS) STAR Office in College Park, MD.
Duties and Qualifications:
Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of staff and agency information.
Assist in Collecting and data required for budget planning and execution activities, including tracking commitments and obligations, running reports, and maintaining accurate files.
Assist in preparing responses to actions, reports and presentations of budget and financial data for colleagues and upper management.
Analyze data for discrepancies; take appropriate steps to resolve issues based on Federal direction.
Conduct financial analyses of STAR data as provided.
Consolidate input pertaining to the development and drafting of STAR financial policies and procedures.
Input data into STAR Admin Database.
Process documentation for financial corrections.
Assist the COR with preparing receiving reports.
Works with higher-level analysts to develop budget operating plans and projections, and prepares financial reconciliations.
Prepares basic worksheets, budget forms and statistical summaries needed to formulate the required budget; tracks all program costs.
Conducts budget analysis by participating in the conducting and revising of budget estimates, justification statements, and execution plans submitted by office programs.
Conducts financial analysis of budgetary data and ongoing projects.
Tracks budget commitments and obligations; generates reports, and maintains files.
Analyzes data for discrepancies; takes appropriate steps to resolve issues .
Create, maintain, and present budgetary exhibits and materials for internal and external audiences.
Attend meetings as required and provide support to financial management deep dive initiatives.
Summarizes financial data for monthly commitments, obligations, and contract status reports.
Assists in developing and maintaining documents related to financial policies and procedures.
Inputs data into administrative database; generates financial reports as required.
Works with the Contracting Officer's Representative to prepare reports.
