About the Role:
The Onboarding Product Manager represents the lifeblood for growth for SVB, improving the NPS scores in the Early Stage Partner segment and differentiating our digital capabilities from our competition. This role is responsible for driving a significant aspect of our digital transformation strategy. The ideal candidate will:
Possess a strong product management background, be steeped in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile delivery methodologies, and have a data-driven approach to decision making.
Demonstrate prior experience in developing seamless end-to-end digital and cross-channel onboarding experiences and ideally have exposure to key elements of commercial onboarding (KYC, IDV).
Demonstrate an ability to collaborate with developers and data engineers to define the technology infrastructure and data architecture necessary to deliver a breakthrough onboarding experience.

What You’ll Bring:
A Bachelor’s Degree in science, engineering, or other quantitative major that requires structured problem solving
3+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in Banking/Financial Services
1+ years direct knowledge and experience with onboarding
Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong analytical and strategic thinking ability
Strong understanding and working experience with design-thinking best practices to deliver industry-defining digital products and experiences
Knowledge of Agile routines and experience working in an Agile environment
