About the Role: Assistant Director, IT Audit
Are you passionate about IT auditing and looking for a role where you can make a significant impact? We are seeking an Assistant Director, IT Audit to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on IT initiatives, risks, and controls that are crucial to the success of our company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct and oversee IT audits from the Annual IT Audit Plan with accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve as a key interface with IT personnel.
- Assist in the development of the Annual IT Audit Plan.
- Maintain an effective IT risk assessment to support audit planning.
- Coordinate IT-related requests from external auditors and regulators.
- Ensure adherence to auditing standards, policies, and procedures, and guide IT auditors in these practices.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, security, and effectiveness of internal controls and processes.
- Provide leadership to the IT Audit Team.
- Assist in reviewing new and upgraded computer systems for implementation.

What Sets You Up for Success
- A bachelor's degree in a related field
- At least eight years of relevant experience with at least six years of IT audit experience
- CISA certification (or similar designation) is required and must be maintained
- Insurance of financial industry experience helpful
- Management experience
