About the role:
The Sales Associate is a key position at Scenthound. You will be the voice of Scenthound to prospective customers who are interested in signing up for our membership and well as a customer service representative to serve our existing members. In this role, you will:
- Make outbound phone calls, follow up with potential members and convert to paying members through health and wellness education
- Manage our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) pipeline of leads
- Answer phone calls, schedule customer appointments, manage customer profiles and records
- Manage customer expectations; resolve customer concerns; retain memberships
Experience we are looking for:
- Sales experience and confidence (membership sales are highly valued!)
- Call center or customer service representative
- A passion for dogs and dog health & wellness!
Skills we are looking for:
- "Think Like an Owner" and independently prioritize your day to tackle the most pressing issues
- Confidence in selling services and products
- Ability to connect with customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Ability to learn our products and services to educate the dog parents; speak to our values and culture as the basis for our services
- Attention to detail
- Time-management; Scheduling appointments efficiently
- Accountability; hold oneself and others to Scenthound standards
