Inside/Outside sales position - Mastercam
Responsibilities:
- Establish contact with existing clients to assist with follow ups with Sales staff.
- Utilize customer communication skills - face to face, phone and email
- Visit customer sites as needed
- Develop and strengthen customer relationships
- Consult and advise existing customers. Match products offered to customers/prospects needs while utilizing MCAM’s technical resources when needed
- Assist in a smooth hand-off to technical services after sale
- Maintain all call logs and related contact information in our CRM
- Follow up with contact after demo, quote and sale while maintaining opportunity details in our CRM system
- Use of Google Docs, Google Drive, Zoho CRM, Mac’s and Windows
This is a position with growth opportunity in the company.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
