The Product Manager is responsible for communicating a product vision and strategy to prospects, and the industry broadly. Their job is to clearly articulate the business value and market requirements to the product team so they understand the intent behind new product release and existing product growth. The Product Manager plays a key role in prioritizing building what matters most to achieve the strategic goals and initiatives behind the product.

Responsibilities:

  • Establish product feature requirements through market research and engagement
  • Develop archetype-specific use cases and translate into internal documentation
  • Test market preferences, assess market concerns, requirements, and requests and translate into internal messaging assets
  • Establish competitive product differentiation with a deep understanding of competitive landscape
  • Engage with potential end users and partners to recruit validation and pilot sites for new product lines
  • Perform use-case specific ROI analysis with customers and prospects
  • Delivery of internal documentation to Marketing in support of the development of sales assets, external communications, etc for new and expanded products

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5 years product management and marketing experience in B2B Software in Healthcare IT &/or LIS
  • Process-driven individual with an organized and analytical approach to business
  • PMI Certified (or equivalent)
  • Team oriented, self-starter who can work alone and in a collaborative manner to achieve team goals
  • Perceptive individual able to engage in in-depth conversations with physicians
  • Personal attributes of Quality, Reputation, Education, Organization
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Management skills
