Dynamo Technologies is looking for a Program Assistant responsible for communicating, coordinating, and performing outreach with various teams inside and outside of USAID. The candidate will also be responsible for planning and preparing meetings and events, performing and monitoring administrative requirements such as payroll, and time and attendance records. The candidate will coordinate and book travel for team members, manage and advise travel procedures for staff including travel requirements (e.g. clearances, country travel concurrences, and voucher preparations). The Program Assistant will draft meeting notes, correspondence, recommendations, reports, and memoranda. The candidate will manage shared organized electronic filing system and coordinate with other USAID bureaus when tasks require a collaborative response.
