The Completions Tool Assembly Manager oversees the development and implementation of completion tool assembly processes to maintain proper product functionality as well as cost efficiency; ensures the engineering team and assembly department work together cohesively. Responsible for the development of tools and equipment to aid in the assembly process and leads and directs the work of assigned employees.

What we expect from you...

College Degree in a Technical/Manufacturing Field preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a related field; oil and gas experience preferred
Manufacturing, Assembly, Logistics and Inventory Experience
Tooling/Benches Experience
Site Layout Experience
Management Experience
What you will do in this position...

This list of responsibilities is intended to provide an overall summary of responsibilities. This position will be responsible for performing these and other duties as assigned.

Analyze and design/ cells using effective systems and tools to optimize use of space, equipment, material and personnel.
Assist in developing plant layout in planning arrangement and rearrangement of facilities, equipment and operations for better utilization of space.
Work closely with research and development, quality assurance, engineering and maintenance personnel to prevent problems with products and tooling/fixtures.
Ensure all company safety procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.
Stay informed concerning new manufacturing/assembly technologies and equipment in order to reduce cost through efficiencies.
Support all current and new product introductions.
Determine and eliminate root causes and diminish occurrences in the assembly process.
Ensure that all product specifications are developed and testing procedures are in place.
Able to assist in reducing cost through re-engineering process/material.
Responsible for supervision of assembly plant employees
