In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and generating new business opportunities to support our sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to generate and qualify leads.
- Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and social media to introduce our services or in person.
- Collaborate with the managing team to develop effective outreach strategies.
- Track and manage leads in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Meet or exceed monthly lead generation and client acquisition targets.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools is a plus.
- Previous experience in sales or marketing is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Compensation:
This position offers a commission based pay.
