Founded in 2014 in Austin, TX as a private members club; our definition of private reaches beyond the traditional notions of exclusivity and group think. We are currently seeking an individual to join our team as a Host.
The Host Person position is responsible for meeting, greeting, and seating guests, in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner. The Host seats guests and manages the flow of arrival and reservations to maximize the member experience. The Host will also be responsible for answering the Host phone, member check in, organizing reservations and special requests.

What it Takes:
Must exhibit a focused attention to detail, while working in a high-pressure environment.
Able to write and speak in a confident manor.
Greet all members and guests warmly.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Experience with taking reservations a plus.
Ability to recall and memorize member preferences.
Must be 18 years of age or older to qualify for this position.
What's expected: (include but are not limited to)
Approaches members and collects information needed to assist with seat and bar arrangements.
Check in and verification of members upon arrival.
Communicates to team member and guest arrival.
Ensure members feel welcomed and comfortable
Constantly provides members with accurate information about the venue and property as well as entertainment offered in each.
Organizing nightly dining reservations, private parties and any member’s special occasion.
Works with a sense of urgency to anticipate member and team members needs when the opportunity arises.
Maintains knowledge of the club floor plan and table numbers, seating the room evenly per operational needs and member requests.
Communicates with management, and service staff immediately to rectify any and all guest needs and requests.
Ensure work area is in compliance with the Health and TABC code at all times.

Physical and Working Environment:
Must be able to stand and walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
Must be able to work in various weather conditions (Austin heat )
Must be observant and quick to respond to various situations while also multitasking and handling stressful situations.
Must be able to twist, tow (push or pull), reach, bend climb and carry objects as necessary.
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
Must have excellent communication skills and be able to read, write, speak and understand English.
Must be able to work in a fast pace and high-volume environment in the presence of areas containing second hand smoke, high noise levels, dancing, bright lights and dust and communicate during this time – sometimes within a small area.
Must be able to work inside and outside at all times of the year as needed, based upon business volumes.
