- Ground hands/Apprentice Lineman
Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hard-working individuals to join our growing and experienced team! The ideal candidate will need to have experience in powerline electrical work and possess the necessary skills to excel in a dynamic work environment. Competitive pay depending on experience!
Responsibilities
- Operate bucket trucks for various tasks
- Perform electrical work at different heights
- Read and interpret blueprints for electrical installations
- Utilize voltmeters and ohmmeters to test electrical systems
- Work on high voltage systems safely
- Assist with construction site setup and cleanup
- Climb poles or structures as needed
Requirements
- Must be located in the Permian Basin
-At least 1 year of experience as a powerline electrician is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in bucket/and or boom operation
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Familiarity with using voltmeters and ohmmeters
- Comfort working at heights and climbing structures
- Knowledge of electrical systems and safety procedures
