1st Stop Storage (www.1ststopstorage.com) is a dynamic self storage company looking for an on-site property manager in Columbus, MS. You will be asked to answer the phones, sign leases with new customers, ensure rent is paid timely. You will ensure the property is safe, clean, and secure.

Mon - Fri 10-4
The compensation will be $14-15 per hour.

We use the latest in technology and software to make communicating with customers and receiving payment a breeze.
You will be held accountable for
- Achieving a score of 85+ on the monthly store visit
- Google Reviews
- Completing the weekly score card
- Ensuring the property is safe, clean, and secure
We have a full on boarding and training program named 1st Stop Storage University, followed up with hands on training from our regional manager. Once completed you will know the 1st Stop Way.
We plan to start interviews the week of Aug 26th and make a final selection by Sept 15th. We will interview the top eight people via zoom, then ask the top four for an in person interview.
You will be asked to complete a background check before accepting the position.
