Manage and perform cost and schedule analysis to ensure present and future financial performance is consistent with forecasts and identify any risk or opportunities to the plan.
Track actual costs in relation to estimates, working with Project Manager to identify cost/schedule variances and determine impacts to the program.
Generate and maintain accurate Estimate to Complete (ETC)/Estimate at Completion (EAC) reports.
Screen subcontractor invoices for accuracy and track costs against funded amounts; provide notice of potential funding over-burns.
Support Project Managers with deliverables such as monthly financial reports, daily manning/staffing reports, and project plans; ensure all deliverables are submitted and filed appropriately.
Assist in preparing all relevant information needed for contract, task order and subcontract modifications.
Interface and work closely with Project Managers, Contracts/Subcontracts, Finance and Technical Personnel to understand customer requirements that drive the analysis and design of quality technical solutions.
Prepare and review Travel Authorizations, Expense Reports, Journal Entries, Voucher, and Labor Adjustments.
Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of experience.
Ability to read and understand prime contracts.
Must have knowledge of multiple contract types (Cost Reimbursable, Fixed Price, Labor Hour).
Must have an understanding of cost & revenue reconciliation.
Ability to use corporate tools to run reports, track costs, report impacts.
