Wanted Lead Carpenter and Superintendent with experience in commercial supervision would be a plus. Union pay scale, up to $60 Hr plus benefits, a company truck (Qualified Superintendent Only). Herner Construction is a 30-year General Contractor great to work for, located in the St Joe area. We have several projects that we have going at this time.
Must be able to use Symon forms, shoot elevations, need to know all areas of concrete work, read blueprints, do math and have experience with emphasis on framing, interior finishing and trim work and the supervisor must be able and experienced at running a crew, be able to meet all deadlines, and be able to focus on getting the job done efficiently and correctly. Typical hours are 7:00 to 3:30 and travel up to 1 - 1/2 hours to 2 hours from the St. Joseph MO location.
