The Director Administrative Assistant of Tax’s primary responsibilities will be to provide administrative support and assist with coordinating multiple projects within Tax. Responsibilities include: calendar management, travel booking, and T&E processing for Directors, Tax billing, Sort/distribute mail, project coordination, contractor onboarding and other general administrative tasks. The individual must be a team player, possess strong communication and organizational skills while maintaining the ability to focus on process improvement.

Reports to Sr. Director, Tax Operations.
No direct reports.
ENVIRONMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
Typically requires no overnight travel.
Additional Environmental Job Requirements:
Must be eighteen years of age or older.
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
Must pass the Drug Test.
Must pass the background check.
Additional Minimum Qualifications:
The knowledge, skills and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a high school diploma and/or GED.
Years of Relevant Work Experience: 2-3 years
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Bachelor’s degree is preferred
Must be a collaborative team player with a can-do attitude.

Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to coordinate multiple tasks with conflicting deadlines
