Responsibilities include but not limited to:
The basic function of a Customer Service Representative is to provide care Ideal Services Heating and Cooling's customers/potential customers. The Planned Maintenance Agreement Coordinator is to accurately grow, track, and take care of all maintenance agreement customers.
- Back-up CSR/Dispatcher duties during peak call volumes, lunch breaks, after hours and due to absences or scheduled PTO/UPTO.
- Monitor personal, admin, info and dispatch email boxes and respond appropriately in a timely manner to customer requests.
- Coordinate with other CSR’s/Dispatcher to monitor Service Titan for appointments made through schedule engine throughout the day.
- Assign appropriate technician to newly scheduled service calls from schedule engine.
- Monitor alerts in Service Titan throughout the day.
- Ensure customers are made aware of technician delays – offer to reschedule when appropriate.Engage in weekly one-on-one sessions with the manager for coaching.
- Attend weekly customer service staff meetings and contribute whenever appropriate.
- Maintain acceptable KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators)
- Complete required training as assigned.
- Adhere to cybersecurity policies and guidelines.
- Adhere to building safety policies and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Call Center experience 2+ year required
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Ability to multitask.
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
- Ability to represent Ideal Services in a professional manner with customers, vendors, staff and the general public.
- Accurately enter data into the computer
- Detail oriented and highly organized
- Adaptability—the individual adapts to changes in the work environment, manages competing demands and is able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
