CENTRA Technology, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Homeland Threat Intelligence Analyst.

U.S. Citizenship and existing Top Secret with SCI CLEARANCE are absolutely required.

CENTRA has an opening for a Senior Intelligence Analyst supporting an existing program at DHS Office of Intelligence and Analysis.

We are seeking candidates who have all-source intelligence analysis experience, preferably in support of clients engaged in the homeland security mission, including knowledge of the Intelligence Community and responsibility for drafting and briefing analytic products. Experience supporting the Department of Homeland Security is useful, but is not a requirement. Experience analyzing transnational organized crime/gang activity, illicit narcotics trade, and illegal immigration to US Southwest border.
Excellent research and communication skills are essential. The selected candidate will be adept at producing all source analysis including using diverse data to produce new analytic approaches and have a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment. Typical duties will include:
Writing all source intelligence in a peer review environment for audiences with differing need-to-know and access privileges, representing diverse needs, including State, Local, Tribal, and Territorial (SLTT) personnel.
Briefing intelligence to Office of Intelligence & Analysis customers.
Mentoring junior level intelligence analysts in the application of tradecraft to author written intelligence products and in conceptualizing new analytic projects.

Requirements:
Active TS/SCI government security clearance and ability to obtain DHS suitability.
The applicant must have at least 8+ years’ experience with a bachelor’s degree OR 7+ years’ experience with a Master’s degree OR at least 5+ years’ experience with a PhD.
Minimum 5 years’ IC experience in analytic fields related to: terrorist tactics, targeting, and techniques, threats to critical infrastructure, the application of analytic tradecraft to in process analytic products to improve their quality, tradecraft experience and/or mentoring more junior analysts on how to conceptualize, develop, and produce analytic projects, coordinating on analytic projects with other IC entities.
Demonstrated ability to write for a wide range of audience types, including executive consumers of intelligence.
Ability to produce products requiring little or no editing; demonstrated ability to summarize and present complex issues in written and graphical forms in an accurate, concise, and straightforward manner
Demonstrated ability to work effectively with officials at all levels in an inter-agency environment and the ability to find and forge consensus on complex and contentious issues and conflicting bureaucratic interests.
Familiarity with IC computer systems and databases is required, with knowledge of unique DHS systems and databases highly desirable; high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience producing finished all-source analytical intelligence products in accordance with IC analytical standards for senior U.S. government officials and customers with varying access to classified information.
